Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Clear Energy is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
