Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Glen Civic Services supports public agencies in Charlotte with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
