Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Keystone Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 817 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
