Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
