Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Cedar Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 936 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
