Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Quarry Telecom and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
