Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Pine Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Boston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
