Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Meridian Foods produces packaged foods at its Boston plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
