Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Umber Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Boston, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
