Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pine Water Authority and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
