Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak West Legal Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
