Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Silverline Kestrel Property Management is a Boise property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Boise. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
