Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Boise design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 630 people based in Boise. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
