Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Sparrow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Boise working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
