Foxglove Drift Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Boise. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
