Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Summit Fox Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
