Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services is an inspection company in Boise with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
