Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Sable Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Boise, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 460 people based in Boise. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
