Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ivory Freight and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
