Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Lumen Mill Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
