Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Ashton Health is a healthcare provider in Boise with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Boise. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
