Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Sable Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Boise region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
