Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

Summit Cedar Facilities looks after properties across the Austin region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
