Foxglove Wilder Medical is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
