Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Farms and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
