Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

Northwind Ivory Inspection Services is an inspection company in Austin with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Austin. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
