Summit Cedar Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
