Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Bright Staffing Group places workers with employers around Austin. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
