Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

Silverline Maple Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Austin, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Austin. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
