Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

Summit Ember Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Austin. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
