Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

Bright Union Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Austin design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
