Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Meadow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Austin, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Austin. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
