Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Amber Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Anchorage region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
