Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Vista Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
