Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Keystone Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
