Harborlight Yarrow Health is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
