Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Glen Banking Services is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification.
