Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Tulsa. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of service alerts and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
