Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
