Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Tucson across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
