Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Northwind Junction Markets Group is a Tucson retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
