Bluepeak Ridge Learning Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • A relevant degree or certification.
