Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Pike Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of premium billing and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • A relevant degree or certification.
