Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Stone Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
