Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Rowan Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Toledo with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
