Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Meridian Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Toledo, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Model the cost of production batches and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
