Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Orchard Legal Group is a Seattle practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
