Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Seattle serving students and families, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
