Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing Group makes precision components in San Diego, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
