Senior Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Beacon Financial Group serves customers across Salt Lake City with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
